Mr Errand ("we", "our", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account details: phone number, name, profile photo, and role (requester/tasker).
- Errand data: pickup and drop-off locations, task description, budget, offers, and chat/voice interactions.
- Device data: device model, OS, push notification token, and IP address.
- Payment data: processed by Paystack; we do not store card details on our servers.
How we use your data
- To operate the service — matching, notifications, live tracking, and payouts.
- To ensure safety — verifying identity and monitoring for fraud.
- To improve the app — anonymised analytics, crash reports, and feature research.
Data sharing
We share limited data only with providers that help us deliver the service: Termii (SMS OTP), LiveKit (voice calls), Google Maps, Paystack (payments), and Firebase/Apple (push notifications). We never sell your data.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@mrerrand.ng.
