By using the Mr Errand app or website, you agree to the following terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and reside in Nigeria to create an account.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information during sign-up and Errand posting.
- Treat all users with respect and comply with Nigerian law.
- Do not post illegal, dangerous, or fraudulent Errands.
Payments & escrow
Payments are held in escrow by Paystack and released to taskers once the Errand is marked as completed by the requester. Fees are shown transparently before you confirm.
Cancellation
You may cancel an Errand before it is accepted at no charge. Cancellations after acceptance may incur a fee to compensate the tasker for time and travel.
Liability
Mr Errand acts as a marketplace connecting requesters and taskers. We are not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit, though we assist with disputes and refunds where fair.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app.
